We are committed to timely deliveries. However, under certain circumstances, order cancellations may occur due to reasons such as stock inaccuracies, pricing errors, or other operational issues. In the event of a cancellation post payment, the full amount will be reimbursed to your account.

If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within 3 days under the following conditions:

• Damaged/Defective Items
• Return unused items in their original condition, inclusive of all tags and packaging, within four days of receipt, along with the original invoice.
• Refrain from accepting deliveries with damaged or tampered packaging, and notify customer care promptly.
• Items damaged post-receipt are not eligible for replacement.
• Certain items, due to hygiene considerations, cannot be replaced.
• If a defective product cannot be replaced, a full refund including shipping charges will be provided.

Disliked Products

Products that did not meet your expectations cannot be returned or exchanged. For any concerns or inquiries before placing an order, reach out to us at info.vedasmi@gmail.com or contact our customer service.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for products that have not been opened or used. The product must be in its original, unsealed condition, including the original courier packaging.
• Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
• Return Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for the product to be picked up by our courier partner. The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days after receiving the returned item.

• Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If an order is cancelled by the customer before it has been shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting any payment transfer fees and taxes levied by payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, or other international remittance services. These charges are retained by the payment processors and are non-refundable.
• Order Issues: Full refunds will be provided in instances where Asmidev Herbals is unable to process an order or deliver it to the customer’s shipping address due to issues on our part.
• Post-Delivery Refunds: Due to the complexities of international shipping, returns of delivered orders are not supported. However, if a refund is requested after delivery, the decision will be made on the merit of each individual case.

Return Procedure (For India Only)

Contact our customer care within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement or exchange, adhering to the above stipulations. Following approval from customer care, return the product with the invoice in unused condition and original packaging. Please include details of the items you wish to exchange or replace and send it to the address below, retaining your courier Airway bill for future reference:
